worms must really

hate the winter

it’s cold and the snow covers

all the ground and so

they must get stuck

there is just so much snow blocking their driveways

and they don’t have

scarves or hot chocolate or

heaters or wool blankets or

cookies or macaulay culkin or

christmas but

maybe worms aren’t christian

so i guess that is okay where was i

anyway

how will they ever get out

of their dirt homes to

see the lovely winter lights

i wonder

worms must really

hate the winter

i would if

i was a worm
